Ive personally responded to all the customers mentioned in this thread. Were working on tracking down how these slipped through the cracks, and weve also hired a new person to manage support e-mail. Shell be starting next week.

As present another week passed, no followup response whatsoever to the additional information or this public tracking of it has been seen from Editize support either here or privately. Draw your own conclusions whether this product is supported.

Does anyone know of any billing software that can integrate with DirectAdmin for automatic user creation? Anything but modernbill please, and if you have a low-cost or free alternative to modernbill, thatd be great. Thanks in advance ]Khm I cant express displeasure here
